Colorado Rapids New Primary and Secondary Jerseys For 2013
Colorado became the third MLS club to unveil their new 2013 primary and secondary jerseys on Monday as part of the first-ever MLS Jersey Week and the club made a statement with both kits: The primary is the first in MLS history to feature the names of each of the club’s season-ticket holders, while the design of the alternate kit is inspired by the Colorado state flag.
The Rapids primary jersey maintains the club’s unique burgundy color, while also featuring a darker shade of hoops which consist of the names of the season-ticket holders. The white sleeves and the Colorado flag on the lower left corner are also new to the shirt.
